How it Works

  • Choose your Prop

    First find the prop you want to pose with. We supply colourful hats, feather boas, funny glasses and novelty props.
    If you would like to have the props match the theme of your party, please let us know in order for us to work something out for you!

  • Entering the Photo Booth

    As you enter the photo booth, your chosen background with chairs will be on one side and the camera, studio light and LCD screen will be on the other side. Upon entering the booth, the curtain is closed for privacy.

  • Let The Fun Begin

    As you position yourself, the booth assistant will press a button which starts a countdown displayed on the LCD screen for the 1st photo and continuing with the automated process of shooting 4 images in total per sitting. Each image is displayed on a Live View Monitor in the photo booth to perfect every picture.

  • Time For The Results

    After the fourth and final shot is taken, the message will be displayed "All done wait while your photos are printed".
    Once you exit the photo booth, the next guests' can immediately enter and position themselves for the next session. Your photo will start printing automatically within 10 seconds of you exiting the booth. The entire print process takes about 40 seconds.

  • Now Share It!

    When the photos are done printing, the photo is instantly dry and ready to share.
    If there is a guestbook, you will have the opportunity to paste your duplicate photo strip in the book and write a special message.
    Now simply share your photos with others and think of new ideas to make an even better photo on your next sitting. You and your guests are encouraged to go through as many sessions as they like.

  • View it Online

    We provide all our clients with a password protected private web gallery free of charge and we host it for over a year!
    You and your guests can view and download all the photos including the individual files. For more sharing options, have us post your photos to Facebook - also included.

What is included?

  • Unlimited Sessions

    Your guests are free to go through the photo booth as many times as they like. There is no limit to how many priceless photos our booths can capture. Simply add people and let the fun begin.

  • On-Site Attendant

    Every photo booth rental from Hello Photo Booth comes with an on-site attendant to help ensure that your guests maximize the photo booth experience. Our professional and courteous photo booth attendant will ensure the booth is operational the entire rental period.

  • On-Site Prints

    Seconds after your guests exit the booth, our printer begins printing the photo from their photo booth session automatically! It takes about 20 seconds for the print to be fully printed, dried, and ready to share, but the next group of guests can already be inside the booth getting their pictures taken.

  • Free Props

    Our customers asked and we listened. Included in all of our rentals are those super fun and silly props that your guests will love getting goofy with. If you prefer a more formal photo booth rental, simply choose "NO" on your event questionnaire and we will not bring any props to your event.

  • Delivery, Setup & Breakdown

    No delivery charge within 40kms round trip from Pretoria and surrounding areas. Travel distances exceeding 40km round trip, will be charged at R4.50 per additional kilometer. We also travel to Mpumalanga, North West, Free State and Limpopo!

  • Colour Choices

    Set the mood of your photos by choosing color, black and white or sepia photos. We can pre-set your desired colour before the event or you can leave it up to your guests to tell our attendant their preference each time they step into the Booth.

  • High Resolution DVD

    The fun and memories don't stop when your event ends! We create a high resolution DVD for you at the end of the photo sessions - imagine the special memories you'll have when looking at it 20 years from now!

  • Backdrops

    You have a choice between these standard colours for your backdrop: Beige, Red, Navy, Black, Purple, Robin’s Egg Blue, Hot Pink, Lime Green and Brown. If you have a special request, please let us know and we will work with you as best as we can.
